Special discounts are available for long term and / or repeat bookings.

The above weekly rates are for the rental of the villa and NOT PER PERSON, they are also fully inclusive of towels, linens, end of stay clean and local taxes. We can accept payment in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.

We require a deposit of $250 per week plus a completed booking form to secure a reservation. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the start of your holiday, the full amount is payable immediately.

Pool Heat - Recommended from November through April at a rate of $30 per day. This facility can be pre-booked or arranged locally through our management company. Whilst the pool heat is set to 86 deg, higher temperatures and extended heat-on periods are available at an additional cost. These can also be arranged through our local management company.

Mid-stay tidy / clean - For the convenience of those customers who require this additional service, this facility can also be arranged through our management company.

Baby sitting - We can also offer our guests baby sitting services - hired by the hour or the day - for your peace of mind we only use licenced and bonded sitters.

Telephone - Phones are available for your use in the villa with local calls being free of charge. A complimentary phone card is also provided to enable you to contact family or friends back home.

Barbecue - Recent Florida State law prohibits the use of charcoal barbecues within a pool cage or the storage of bottled gas within holiday villas. For those guests who still like to cook this way we are able to arrange the hire of a gas barbecue (for use outside the pool cage only). Further details and rates are available on request.

Personal Chef - We can arrange for a personal chef to come to the villa and cook a meal for you and your party. This is a wonderful idea for a family who are in Florida to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or even honeymoon. What could be better than leaving all the preparation. cooking and cleaning up afterwards to a professional who will come to you?

Stair Gate, Cot, Stroller and High Chair
All these items are available should you need them, we will be happy to advise on arrangements at the time of booking.

Our US customers can also make payment through our local management company in Florida, further details are available on request.
