Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is located close to
the US 27, away from all the congestion on the 192, and
as such is situated in a prime location to access Central
Florida's local amenities and attractions.
Accommodation is provided with three master bedrooms,
two with king sized beds and one with queen sized bed.
All with en-suite bathrooms and showers. The two further
bedrooms are furnished with twin beds; both have access
to the fourth bathroom.
The en-suite bathrooms include corner bath, twin vanity
unit, large walk in shower and toilets. The 4th Bathroom
is accessible by bedrooms 4 and 5. 5th Bathroom is a pool-bathroom
accessible from the pool area. A useful amenity to avoid
a trip to one of the main bathrooms whilst in the pool
area.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, is about
45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. An
impressive and celebrated residential development, it
is situated in Central Florida, meaning it is only a short
car ride to nearly all the attractions and features, Florida
has to offer. An added bonus is Tower lake itself, which
provides fishing, a boating ramp and above all a superb
sunset.
An almost unimaginable variety of attractions, including
Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal
Kingdom are all only from a 15 - 20 minute drive away.
Other attractions also include Watermania, Sea World,
Universal Studios and Universal's Islands of Adventure.
All of which are within easy access to Calabay Parc at
Tower Lake.
The Atlantic beaches of Cocoa and Daytona are only an
easy drive away, to the East. Alternatively, drive West
for Busch Gardens, Gatorland and the Gulf Coast.
The Kennedy Space Centre also offers a great day out for
all the family and is within easy driving distance.
With fantastic shopping Malls and Department Stores literally
on your doorstep, it will be easy to find that special
something to take home with you, the brand new Posner
Park shopping complex is also less than 10 mins drive
away.
If you enjoy golf, then you really should experience playing
in Florida. There are many Golf Courses to choose from
such as the championship course at 'Ridgewood Lakes' and
the new National and International Courses at 'Champion
Gate'. The superb Southern
Dunes Golf Complex is right on your doorstep, less than
5 mins away by car.
